How does it work?
Flobian® – natural solution for bloating
Flobian® helps with bloating and gas and is used successfully across Europe and America as a natural, completely safe, and thoroughly tested solution.
The active ingredient Lp299v in Flobian® capsules is original, patented, and thoroughly tested in a series of clinical studies and clinical practice. Lp299v can only be found in Flobian® capsules.

aTECH
aTECH technology has been introduced to provide additional product protection and ensure quality. It involves the application of a special laminate foil that further protects each blister pack of our product’s capsules.

The laminate foil represents an absolute barrier to oxygen, moisture, and light, which, along with temperature, are the main causes of reduced activity of the active probiotic strain.
In addition to the laminate foil, to increase the product’s stability and the sustainability of probiotic cultures, we have also added an inert gas – nitrogen. Injecting nitrogen into the aTECH packaging during the product packaging process displaces oxygen from the bag, which is particularly important as most probiotic bacteria are anaerobic organisms (sensitive to oxygen).
Oxygen can lead to the accumulation of harmful metabolites that cause cell death due to oxidative damage.
Nitrogen injection removes unwanted oxygen and increases the vitality (survival) of probiotic microorganisms.
aTECH technology ensures the declared number of probiotic cells at the end of the shelf life, which is particularly important for the effectiveness of the preparation.
Regular use of Flobian® capsules helps alleviate all symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS):
Reduces stomach bloating
Painful and uncomfortable bloating in the lower abdomen is the biggest therapeutic problem. Clinical studies have shown that Flobian® reduces bloating in the digestive system more than 2.5 times compared to placebo, allowing for regular bowel movements and reducing painful cramps.
Eliminates gas
Flobian® stimulates fermentation in the intestines and the production of short-chain fatty acids. This way, it is possible to regenerate the surface layer of the intestinal wall and regulate the production of gases, which are one of the main causes of irritable bowel syndrome.
Otklanja i smanjuje bolove u želucu
U više od 90% slučajeva Flobian® otklanja bolove u trbuhu kod pacijenata sa sindromom iritabilnog crijeva. Bolovi prestaju puno brže nego kod osoba koje su uzimale placebo i učinak je trajniji.
Regulates bowel function
Flobian® regulates diarrhea or constipation 3 times more effectively than placebo. It establishes a normal bowel function and regular bowel movements.
Improves all gastrointestinal functions
Patients who used Flobian® reported relief from all gastrointestinal symptoms and a significant improvement in quality of life in over 95% of cases.
Otporan je na kiselu sredinu želuca i enzime probavnog sustava
What causes irritable bowel syndrome?
Although the cause of the condition is not fully understood, it is believed that misaligned signals between the brain and the gut cause the body to overreact to otherwise normal stimuli in the digestive process.
Some causes of irritable bowel syndrome include:
Gastrointestinal infections
15% of patients develop chronic irritable bowel syndrome after a bacterial or viral gastrointestinal infection.
Psychological factors and stress
Probably the most important cause of irritable bowel syndrome is stress. The consequences of stressful situations can manifest through frequent stomach problems. It primarily occurs in individuals who have visceral hypersensitivity and gut barrier dysfunction. Nervousness, anxiety, and uncertainty very often lead to cramps, bloating, gas, and irregular bowel movements. The intestinal system is permeated along its entire length with more than 100 million nerve cells built similarly to brain cells. The same neurotransmitters that exist in the brain (serotonin, dopamine) are also present in the digestive organs. Therefore, irritable bowel syndrome usually manifests or worsens during or after periods of stress and emotional tension.
What triggers the worsening of irritable bowel syndrome symptoms?
FOOD
Many people experience worsening symptoms when they eat or drink certain foods or beverages, including wheat, dairy products, citrus fruits, beans, cabbage, milk, and carbonated drinks.
STRESS
We all have experienced that in stressful situations, the stomach is the first to react.
HORMONES
In women, who are twice as likely to suffer from these issues, symptoms particularly worsen in the period before and during menstruation. According to an article published in March 2014 in the World Journal of Gastroenterology, hormones such as estrogen can affect various functions related to digestion, including bowel motility, gut barrier function, and immune system activation in the intestinal mucosa.
Symptoms – How to Recognize the Symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Abdominal pain and cramps – ranging from mild to intense pain. Most people experience “wandering” abdominal pain.

Bloating and gas – your abdomen may be swollen, hard, and painful.

Constipation – most people with irritable bowel syndrome have difficulty with digestion, having fewer than 3 bowel movements per week, accompanied by cramps, straining, and difficulty in emptying the bowels.

Diarrhea – frequent, uncontrolled, watery stools.

Irregular bowel movements – the texture and color of stools are inconsistent and often alternate between diarrhea and constipation, and sometimes mucus may be present.

Nausea – in people with irritable bowel syndrome, nausea is often associated with other common symptoms such as fullness, abdominal pain, and bloating.

Stress – It is unclear whether IBS symptoms are a result of mental stress or if living with IBS makes people more prone to psychological difficulties. Whatever comes first, anxiety and digestive symptoms intensify in a vicious cycle.
